Your baby’s safety is always my top priority. Every newborn session is completely baby-led, calm and unhurried, allowing me to gently follow your baby’s needs and ensure they are comfortable and settled throughout.

There are no awkward poses, bright props or overly styled setups — just soft neutral tones, gentle guidance and genuine moments captured naturally as they unfold. I believe the most meaningful photographs are often found in the quiet in-between moments: the way your baby curls into you, tiny fingers wrapped around yours, sleepy cuddles and the connection you share as a family during those early days.

Every session is completely baby-led and unhurried, creating a relaxed environment where you can settle in and simply enjoy time with your little one. There’s no pressure for your baby to sleep, pose perfectly or fit into a strict routine — everything flows around your baby and their needs.

My cosy home studio in Nottingham has been thoughtfully designed to feel warm, welcoming and peaceful, helping new mums and families feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. When to Book Your Newborn Session

The best time to book your newborn photography session is during pregnancy, ideally after your 16-week scan.

Newborn sessions typically take place within the first 3 weeks after birth, when babies are still very sleepy and naturally curled. All my newborn shoot dates are provisional so can be easily amend and pushed back or forward closer to when baby arrives if they are earlier or later then there due date.

However, if your baby has already arrived, it’s never too late to capture these early moments.
