Terms and Conditions

Booking fee- 

1-The stated deposit is required before the shoot date can be secured. On receipt of the deposit a confirmation 

will be sent confirming the details. The remaining final balance is require on the day of the shoot. Preview and 

final photos will not be sent until the final balance is paid.

2-The deposit is not refundable if the client cancels or fails to appear for the agreed booking. 

If MGS Photography UK fails to appear at the place and time specified, the deposit shall be refunded to the client.

Covid 19- 

1-Please only attend the session if you are feeling well. If you or anyone you have been in contact with has 

COVID-19 symptoms please let me know and we can reschedule your session.

Costs-

1-If necessary the client shall reimburse the photographer for any additional costs the photographer may incure 

for travel, parking and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of these services.

Images- 

1-The photographs shall be availble to the client on a memory stick or transferred as agreed. The client has 

unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs and may print or use in any way they

see fit.

2-The Client shall assist and cooperate with the photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including 

but not limited to specifing persons and/or scenes to be photographed: taking time to pose for photographs at the 

photographers direction. The photographer shall not be responsable for photographs not taken as a result of the 

client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

3- The photographer retains copyright to the photographs, and hereby grants the client unlimited but 

non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the client pays.

Studio- 

1-The studio has limited space so we ask that a maximum of 2 adults attend the session.

Allergies- 

1-It is the clients responsibility to inform MGS Photography UK of any food allergy or intolerances  the 

clients baby has prior to the shoot. Balloons may also be used on shoots, please also advise of any Latex allergies. 

MGS Photography UK will not be held liable for any adverse effect or illness the baby may suffer as a result of

an allergy if the Client did not inform.
